Here are some really cool covers from Life magazine. I love all of them. I hope you will enjoy them as well. So which is your favorite? Let me know what you think.
Hahaha your dog is in cruel danger! Yikes! Oh and I love how using the word "negro" was still PC! Ahhh history! I love this! I love the Frank Sinatra one the "Goodnight and Amen". This is a saweeeet post, Mr. Keith.
I love the "Negro Stars" covers first and the "Farewell Sinatra" second. The former cover could never happen today (the headline I mean). too many people would be up in arms about it since we're such a sensitive nation nowadays.
Hey JFK. Thanks. I love those covers too. I know what you mean. We live in such a politically correct time that people freak out over almost everything.
Awesome assortment of covers! The young(er) Frankie is definitely my fave. That shot almost looks like someone snapped a photo of him while he was singing.
Thank you so much for all your wonderful comments, Keith. I really hope you're having a marvelous weekend! ♥ Jessica
Hey Jessica. Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed these covers. I do like that one of Sinatra. It does look as if he was singing when the photo was snapped. I'm having a great weekend so far. The family is getting together in a little while for a cookout. Hope you're having an awesome one. Cheers!
