Celebrities Advertise For Omega Watches

One of my favorite accessories is a watch. I wish I had a lot more of them than I do. There are some really nice ones out there. Here are some ads and so forth from the prestigious Swiss company Omega Watches. What do you think of these watches? What kind of watch do you wear? Checking out these ads got me wondering what type of watches Dean Martin and the other members of the Rat Pack wore. Any ideas? Let me know what you think.

    Sean Connery is my favorite, but Pierce Brosnan is the Bond that introduced my sister to the world of 007.

    nice collection you got there. i like the one with Craig pointing the gun toward the camera. is he telling me "you better buy this watch" or "don't even think of trying to nick this watch"?

    either way they're some nice watches.

    i still wear a watch even though everthing i own these days has a clock on it. (phone, ipod, laptop etc.)

    I like a classic, small timepiece but as far as what you posted, I loved the one in the first photo of Daniel Craig and Clooney's as well.

    I'm currently eying a classic 50 or 60's inspired watch that won't kill my wallet. A recent GQ story helped me with that a bit....

    Great watches.

    I've always wore a watch. A few months ago mine broke and I've been walking around without one and it drives me crazy. I almost feel naked without it. I just haven't found a new one to replace it yet.

    I do not wear a watch, for I find it too constricting both mentally and physically - or maybe it's because I've not found the perfect one yet!

    Reminded me of my husband and how he decides on if he should or should not wear something...he always asks the question, "what would Bond wear?".

    I love all of these - I especially like the last photo of Anna Kournikova and the watch she is wearing in that picture! It's cute and looks like it would be good for every day :)

    Omega is gorge.

    I have got some watches, but especially designer items. My favourite watches are vintage Gucci (changed bangles) and Prada huge plexi watch. I want a Chanel but soooo expensive. :'(

    My better half actually got the James Bond Seamaster watch (the latest addition) but it's the version that doesn't explicitely have the 007 logo anywhere (thankfully). It's a great watch. A friend of mine shares your taste in movies and music. He goes around collecting old movie posters and he seems convinced that Dean Martin et. al would wear vintage gold watches. I'm not enitrely sure I agree (a bit too bling?) but you never know...

    I remember having the first Pierce Brosnan's ad on my wall in the room when I was smaller (I really loved that guy). Well, actually, I think, I forced my dad to take a photo of me and one of Brosnan's Omega ads when we were in Greece and I saw it in a local watch store. Anyway, thanks for the advert with JFK. I have never known, he made any advert. It is quite strange, you know, he was a president... (But still, I love just like Reagan's old ciarette ads!).

    Hey Kristyna. Thanks. Great hearing from you. That's cool about Pierce. JFK never did any ads that I know of. I'm not sure if they had to get the rights to use his image or not. I'm not sure how that works with former presidents. It is a cool ad. I actually saw a commercial for Omega yesterday that used clips from JFK in it.
