The Music Of Tom Jones

One of my favorite singers of all time is Tom Jones. The man has got a powerful voice. He's had so many songs that I love. I'm posting clips of some of my favorite tunes throughout the years. Some of these clips are older ones, while others are more modern. Which is your favorite?

    Ah yes, there is no one like Tom. I so enjoy my visits here, as you bring back a time in the past that appeals to me very much.
    I love all the clips you post here, but I have to admit, I find the early compilations best by far. Nevertheless, it is admirable that Tom Jones has managed to keep up with the tides of time, both physically and musically.

    Tom Jones is definitely a cool dude. Like many kids, my introduction to him via Carlton Banks on 'Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air' doing 'It's Not Unusual' was a hilarious one. He has a lot of soul to him, maybe a white Otis Redding? haha

    "She's A Lady" will always be one of my favorite Tom Jones songs - j'adore! Though I always think of Carlton from "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" when I hear the name Tom Jones - he was always dancing and singing to his music! :)

    My favorite is probably "I'll Never Fall In Love Again," but he made so many fine records. Let me correct myself and say makes fine records, because he still tours, still releases new albums, doesn't rest on his laurels -- and he can work with younger acts without appearing ridiculous. The guy has a great range, both in his voice and in his material; I'd love to see Elvis Costello write a song for him.
