Does anyone remember what did really happen to his eye? I can't recall it.

P.S. I wanted to add this in now that I found out what happened to Frank. My friend Mel, otherwise known as Sinatragirl, informed me that Frank injured his eye on the set of Kings Go Forth, a film he was making with Natalie Wood.
