Elvis Presley Did It His Way

I thought I would post this clip of Elvis singing My Way. I've recently been talking with several friends about his version of this song. I do really love his take on it. I hope you enjoy it. Let me know what you think.

Hey pallie Keith, dude, I does think if we coulda speak to the Elvis, he woulda confess that his way was really our Dino's way 'cause he really tried to emulate our great man in singin' his music...Elvis' way is the Dinoway...'cause there is no cooler way to follow then followin' our King of Cool...

Hey pallie DMP. I know what you mean. It was cool that Elvis tried to emulate Dino in so many ways. If you're going to emulate another man, there's no cooler or hipper man to emulate that Dino. Dino really showed us the way to live life to the absolute fullest. We would do well to follow those ideas he set down for us.

Love Elvis. I really do. And I dig his rendition of this Anka classic but ... as you may very well agree...

I hear only one voice singing this. And with utter conviction.

Hey Anthony. I've become a bigger Elvis fan the older I get. I like his version, but this song is owned by the Chairman of the Board.

I have always enjoyed this version of the song. I do have to admit though that I'm partial to Frank's version. It's not just because he's the daddy of Nancy. I think he better captures the essence of the song. I do still love Elvis and what he's done with it.

I know what you mean. I do love what Elvis did with this song. It took some guts to cover this song after Sinatra made it his own. I do enjoy his version, even though this will always be a Sinatra classic to me.

I love both Elvis' and Frank's version of this classic song. Beautiful clip from one of the most legendary concerts ever...

Hey Jeremy. This is quite a concert. I do love his version. Him and Frank both did great jobs with this now classic song.
