Hello Keith. This is wonderful. I've seen this clip before, but I never tire of it. My mother's always been a huge fan of Judy Garland. I grew up loving her too. I like seeing her with Dean and Frank.

Hey Dave. Thanks for the comments. That's so true. They definitely don't make them like this anymore.

Hey pallie Keith, this post gots me to thinkin'...woulda it have been cool to have Miss Judy remade the "Wizard Of Oz" with the Rat Pack playin' the various characters....so wonderin' which part woulda you gives to our Dino and to the frankie...to the Sam...and to Peter..?!???!?!??!

Hey pallie DMP. Thanks for the comments. Wow! That would have been one cool idea. You know in the 70's they did a version with Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, etc. It would have been great to have seen a version done with the Rat Pack. I would really dig that. I'm not sure which characters I would love to see Dino and his pallies play in the flick. Any ideas? Great idea though. Thanks for bringing it up. Cheers!

Over Christmas one of the TV networks here (BBC4) showed the episode of The Judy Garland Show where Frank and Dino guested. It was great! I just can't ever imagine a show like that being on primetime these days.

One of the best thing about the show was that they were all clearly enjoying themselves so much - you don't get that level of joy and sincerity much on TV these days either!

Hey Cocktails. Thanks for the comments. It was great hearing from you. Wow! That's awesome. I'm so jealous now. I've never seen this episode before. I bet it was really cool to see it. I could not imagine anything like this on tv today. Plus today's stars never seem to be enjoying themselves quite like these stars did. It really makes me yearn for those times. Cheers!

Ooh! Love this clip!

When it first aired, way back when, I was a teenager. But I remember it clearly: the three greatest voices of the time singing in harmony together and with such chemistry.

I love this show. Judy doesn't look too healthy but boy can she sing. I love when Frank sings " I see your face before me" it sends chills up my spine.

Hey Mel. Thanks for the comments. I agree with you on Judy. I also love when Sinatra sings that part. This is a really cool performance from them two and Dino.
